The plaintiffs' complaint alleged that they had entered into a contract with defendant Kaczwara to purchase some real estate. The land contract allegedly required defendants to convey a parcel of five acres for a price of $15,000, the terms being $6,000 down payment, with a balance to be paid at $125 per month.
