No. 7119SC715.

185 S.E.2d 448 (1971)

13 N.C. App. 359

STATE of North Carolina v. Jacqueline M. MATHIS.

Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

December 29, 1971.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Atty. Gen. Robert Morgan, by Associate Atty. Gen. Walter E. Ricks, III, for the State.

Larry E. Harris, Kannapolis, for the defendant.
