Plaintiffs sue to recover for losses alleged to have occurred by reason of the bailment of certain household effects. The defendants are a warehouseman, an insurance broker, and the Insurance Company of North America (INA). INA now moves for summary judgment on the seventh cause of action, the sole claim advanced against it.
