Appellant Wieser on August 31, 1971 filed a motion requesting this court to issue a temporary injunction. This motion grows out of our Cause No. 5026, styled under the same name as above, in which this court issued an opinion July 30, 1971, 469 S.W.2d 805, reversing and remanding the trial court's refusal to issue a temporary injunction.
