This suit arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on April 10, 1969, at the intersection of Beechwood Street and Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The parties are plaintiff, Mrs. Leona Rydberg, and defendants, Leon Wallace and his liability insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company.
