Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Service of the summons was by publication pursuant to RCW 4.28.100(2). Defendants moved to dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction over their persons, which motion was sustained; and from the judgment dismissing the action, plaintiff appeals.
