A jury found appellant guilty of selling a depressant, stimulant, or hallucinogenic drug, in violation of AS 17.12.010.1 On this appeal appellant raises several points of error allegedly committed during his trial, in addition to contending that the sentence imposed was cruel and unusual punishment and an abuse of discretion.
