This disbarment proceeding, Art. VII, Sec. 10, La.Const. of 1921, concerns Dan A. Spencer, a Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana.

On December 13, 1965, this Court, in the case of Spencer v. Dixon, 248 La. 604, 181 So.2d 41, found Dan A. Spencer guilty of direct contempt of this Court as defined in Article 222(3) of the Code...
