Plaintiff instituted this action pursuant to the provisions of §§ 6, 7, and 16 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., to recover unpaid minimum wages and unpaid overtime compensation claimed to be owed to him by defendant, together with liquidated damages and a reasonable attorney's fee. Both parties waived a jury, the cause was heard and submitted, and subsequently the court rendered its judgment...
