This is an appeal from a dispositional order of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Juvenile Division, placing Helena Marie Nyce, a minor (about one month old), under the guardianship of the Director of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Georgette Nyce, mother of Helena Marie, has prosecuted the appeal in which she alleges that the Circuit Court lacked jurisdiction...
