On March 2, 1971 this Court ordered the dismissal of the complaint1 upon finding that "no jurisdiction exists to entertain this complaint since section 863 of 48 U.S.C. was repealed on June 2, 1970 by Public Law 91-272 (84 Stat. 294) and defendant's insured is a resident of Puerto Rico, not applying, therefore, 28 U.S.C. § 1332."
