The plaintiffs are Mrs. Veatrice Mary Perrault Parks Carmouche, Maxey Joseph Parks and Mrs. Geraldine Parks Ramirez. The suit was filed against Sylvester House Moving, Inc., Oscar Sylvester, Jr., James Warren Sylvester, Adam Vidrine, Jr., Maurice T. Manuel and Laurel Chapman.
