This is an appeal from the circuit court of Madison County which confirmed the decision of the Industrial Commission affirming an award of the arbitrator. The arbitrator had awarded the claimant $58 per week from February 1, 1967, until $15,000 would have been paid and thereafter a pension of $150 per month for life under the provisions of the Workmen's Occupational Diseases Act.
