This is a petition for certiorari whereby Aetna Insurance Company seeks a review of an order of the Superior Court making Aetna a party to two pending probate appeals. When the cause came on for oral argument, it was disclosed that the order had been rescinded. All parties concede that the issue raised in the present petition has become moot.
