This is an appeal by defendant and plaintiff in rule from an adverse decision of the trial court denying his rule to terminate alimony payments to plaintiff, his divorced wife, and reducing the alimony payments to $80 per month.

Plaintiff and defendant were married on September 2, 1948. No children were born of the marriage. A judgment decreeing a separation from bed and board between them was rendered...
