Defendants Cassaro, Inc., and Salvatore Cassaro were convicted by a jury of violating 21 U.S.C. § 331(k) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.1 Cassaro, Inc., owns the Cassaro Bakery located in Medford, Massachusetts, and Salvatore Cassaro has overall responsibility for its management.
