This was an "alienation of affection" action brought by the plaintiff, Dorothy Roach, against Madeline (McLeod) Roach, the new wife of her former husband (Wightman Roach). The case was tried to the court, sitting without a jury. From a judgment of dismissal, plaintiff appeals.
