OPINION BY JUDGE ROGERS, December 13, 1971:

This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, which, after hearing, sustained the findings and conclusions of the State Liquor Control Board which had ordered suspension of Oscar R. Fisher's importing distributor license for a period of 20 days.
