DALTON, Chief Judge.

This action is brought pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to set aside the defendant's denial of disability insurance benefits. The plaintiff filed an application for benefits on November 9, 1965 and he alleged that his disability dated from October 23, 1965. This claim was denied initially and on reconsideration.
