On September 5, 1968, a motor vehicle owned by the appellee, Danville Construction Company, Inc., was damaged in a collision with a vehicle owned by Marion E. Thompson and driven by Thompson's employe, Otis Eugene Ray. Thompson and his driver were protected by a policy of liability insurance theretofore issued to Thompson by the appellant, Western Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company.
