This is an appeal by George Stepson from a conviction of robbery. Appellant waived his right to trial by jury, and the cause was tried before the Honorable John T. Davis, Judge, Marion Criminal Court, Division One. Appellant was found guilty, and was sentenced to the Indiana Reformatory for a term of not less than ten (10) years nor more than twenty-five (25) years.
