We review a judgment arising out of a car-truck collision wherein the minor plaintiff, a passenger in the car, recovered damages for personal injuries. The jury convicted defendant's driver of a single act of negligence—driving at an excessive rate of speed—which proximately caused the accident; and, although it found that the driver of the automobile failed to keep a proper lookout, refused to find that such failure was the sole proximate...
