This action was brought by appellant to recover a real estate brokerage commission from appellees. After presentation of oral and documentary evidence by both parties, the trial court, sitting as a jury, found that appellant was not entitled to a commission. From the judgment of the court dismissing the complaint, appellant brings this appeal.
