Defendant was previously tried and convicted of robbery armed. MCLA § 750.529 (Stat Ann 1971 Cum Supp § 28.797). A new trial was granted because of the erroneous reference to defendant's prior involvement in juvenile court proceedings. People v. Luther (1969), 20 Mich.App. 42
