This is an appeal by defendants from a deficiency judgment rendered against them and in favor of plaintiff in a suit on a note secured by chattel mortgage on a motor vehicle. On September 19, 1966, plaintiff in a separate suit instituted an executory proceeding against defendants foreclosing on the note and chattel mortgage and having the vehicle seized and sold with appraisement.
