This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs in an action for goods sold and delivered.

The defendant, Lawrence M. Butler, had contracted with the plaintiff, Robert Jones, for the remodeling of a residence located on Butler's farm. The work contemplated in the original contract was completed and paid for, and there is no dispute between parties concerning the original contract.
