Cause No. 1 CA-CIV 1330 is an appeal from the dismissal of a declaratory judgment action brought by appellant Marilyn A. Cooper seeking declaration of her rights to certain real property. Cause No. 1 CA-CIV 1429 is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee Dailey in an action brought against appellant seeking ejectment from the same real property...
