JOSLIN, Justice.

In this civil action for damages for injuries allegedly sustained as a result of a collision between an automobile owned and operated by the plaintiff and a truck owned by the corporate defendant and operated by the individual defendant a jury in the Superior Court returned a verdict against each defendant for $502.40. Thereupon, the plaintiff moved for a new trial principally upon the ground that the verdicts were grossly inadequate...
