Appellants Virgil and Marcell Brooks, husband and wife, appeal from a decree finding that appellees C. S. and Annie Johnson, husband and wife, are the owners of and entitled to the possession of a 16 foot disputed strip of ground. For reversal appellants contend that the trial court erred in finding the Johnsons are the owners of the property in controversy for the following reasons:

"1. The deed which was the basis of plaintiff's ownership...
