Order modified by striking therefrom everything following the word "granted" and substituting therefor the following: "only with respect to the second and third causes of action in the complaint as against the defendants Larkin, Harvey Haynes, Hilbert Haynes, Charles and Finn and otherwise denied." As so modified, order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to appellant against respondents Larkin et al., doing business as Great Neck Associates.
