This case is here on writ of error to review the conviction of plaintiff in error (hereinafter referred to as defendant), who was convicted by a jury and sentenced to the penitentiary by the court for possession of the narcotic drug cannabis, which is commonly referred to as marijuana. Our review of the record and the briefs discloses no reversible error, and we, therefore, affirm.
