Docket No. 8444.

31 Mich. App. 530 (1971)

188 N.W.2d 81

BENNETT v. PITTS

Michigan Court of Appeals.

Decided March 23, 1971.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Liss & Newman, for plaintiff.

Frank J. Kelley, Attorney General, Robert A. Derengoski, Solicitor General, Joseph B. Bilitzke, Assistant Attorney General, and Glenn M. Taub, Special Assistant Attorney General, for defendant Galloway.

Before: LEVIN, P.J., and BRONSON and O'HARA, JJ.
