The parties to this appeal were married, each for the first time, in Washington, D. C. in 1950. They have no children. In 1969 they separated and the husband obtained a divorce, ex parte, in Florida. While the husband's divorce suit was pending there the wife commenced an action for separate maintenance in the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions.
