The complaint of plaintiff, James Simpson, alleges that on March 29, 1967, the defendant, Raymond Hubert, contracted to make a set of dentures and to perform other dental services for the plaintiff. It is further alleged that the defendant was not a licensed dentist, that he falsely represented that he was licensed, and that the services were performed inadequately causing injury and expense to the plaintiff.
