Ware, driver of the 1967 Ford pick-up truck; Ford Motor Company, manufacturer of the truck; and Nelson and East Ford Company, Inc., the dealer who sold the truck to Ware and made repairs to the vehicle following a prior accident which occurred just shortly before...
