This appeal affects four cases consolidated by consent of the parties and based on the same fundamental facts. Defendants Richard E. Iverson and Charles V. Larson appeal by leave granted by this Court from an August 28, 1970 order of the Ontonagon Circuit Court, which denied defendants' motions to suppress evidence.
