This is an action in equity to obtain an accounting and establish a constructive trust. The subject of the controversy is property acquired by the named defendants as a result of a joint undertaking with the plaintiff. The complaint alleges the transaction between the parties was a "partnership arrangement." The defendants answered with a general denial. They affirmatively pleaded the Statute of Frauds and allege the relationship with the plaintiff...
