The plaintiff in this action secured a judgment in the amount of $2,625.23 in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans against Michael J. Galvin, Sr., the father of Timothy Galvin who struck plaintiff with a car while plaintiff was attempting to cross Canal Boulevard on foot.
