The defendant, Gerald Richard Engstrom, was charged and convicted upon three counts, in an information for the crimes of negligent homicide, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and failure to stop at the scene of an accident, all alleged to have been committed on the evening of June 7, 1969.
