Smith & Co., Inc., appeal from the denial of their petition pursuant to the Limitation of Liability Act, 46 U.S.C. § 181 et seq., for exoneration from, or limitation of, liability for the loss of life and cargo when the SMITH VOYAGER foundered and sank in the North Atlantic on December 20-27, 1964.
