This is a condemnation proceeding. The judgment of the trial court is reversed and the cause is remanded.

The condemnor, Mid-America Pipeline Company, now MAPCO, Inc., the appellant, initiated these proceedings to condemn a 50-foot wide easement across a half section of cultivated, irrigated land in Hutchinson County for an underground pipeline to transport anhydrous ammonia.
