The plaintiff, Richard F. Goslin, sustained serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident which occurred at approximately 5:00 p.m., on 19 October, 1966. At the time of the accident, plaintiff was operating his 1965 Chevrolet in an easterly direction on East Colter Street in Phoenix.
