This is an appeal from a jury verdict dismissing plaintiff's suit at his cost.

On August 6, 1968, plaintiff, Thomas Geeck, was injured on the premises of Garrard-Milner Chevrolet, Inc., a Chevrolet retail dealer located in the City of New Orleans.
