VII, Sec. 10, La.Const. of 1921, we directed Certiorari to The Honorable Judges, Appellate Division No. 2 of the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, for review of its judgment, January 14, 1971, which affirmed defendant's conviction by the trial court of the offense of Unauthorized Use of Movables, LSA-R.S. 14-68,1 and his sentence to serve six months...
