This is a devolutive appeal taken by plaintiff from a judgment dismissing plaintiff's suit against defendant. The dispositive issue presented by this appeal is whether defendant constituted the omnibus insurer of the minor, Kenneth Hulsey, who was driving an automobile when it was involved in an accident resulting in plaintiff's minor son sustaining injuries while a passenger therein.
