This is a filiation proceeding. Beverly Ann Barrett, a married woman, gave birth on April 20, 1969, to a child whom she named Albert Amous Tucker, III, alleging respondent was the father. On February 11, 1970, this action was instituted in the Seattle District Justice Court. Hearings were held on March 9, 1970, and May 11, 1970. On June 19, 1970, the matter was bound over to superior court.
