This is an appeal by James Robbins from an adverse decision rendered in a proceeding initiated by him pursuant to Post-Conviction Remedy Rule 1. Appellant was convicted of a crime while armed with a deadly weapon, and on September 7, 1967, he was sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for the respective terms of life imprisonment and a determinate period of fifteen years.
