This is a trespass title suit brought by appellant Riebe F. Nabours against Clifford Whiteley, Olene Hanson and wife, Martha Anne Hanson, appellees, involving a narrow strip of land in Milam County. Upon trial to the court, judgment was entered decreeing that appellant take nothing and vesting title and possession in appellee, Whiteley.
