Under oil and gas leases covering mineral interests owned by Plaintiffs, Defendants have been for many years producing and selling natural gas. This natural gas is not pure but contains certain by-products which Defendants have extracted and sold separately from the gas. Some of these by-products Plaintiffs allege have great value on which Defendants have failed to pay royalties pursuant to the provisions of their leases...
