OPINION PER CURIAM, June 22, 1971:

This action in trespass arose out of an automobile accident occurring on the morning of November 24, 1965 at the intersection of Aramingo Avenue and Wheatsheaf Lane in Philadelphia. The plaintiff-appellants were driving south on Aramingo Avenue while the defendant-appellee's vehicle was traveling east on Wheatsheaf Lane.
